Hi, My name is Tina,

and I’m a Pediatric Certified Gentle Sleep Coach.

I am a mom of 2 girls and a boy that are all now grown and flown. I always say there are so many stages in a child’s life but when I think back one of the hardest times was the sleepless nights. My first child was so attached to me as my husband was working and getting his MBA, and I had no family nearby. She only wanted to nurse and wouldn’t take a binky, so as you can imagine the nights were becoming never-ending.

My other two children were both different personalities, but the lack of sleep was still a stressor as being a mom to three little ones pulled me in different directions.
